Closed, it reads as a dark, composed silhouette — minimal, confident, architectural. Open, it becomes evening light: a soft reveal, like a room changing after sunset. The Moon surface turns into a focal point that steadies the space, while warm illumination adds depth and intimacy.
This piece is about contrast — shadow and glow, silence and theatre — designed for interiors where nights matter: panoramic windows, low light, slow conversations, and the feeling of being alone with your own thoughts in the best possible way.
Materials & Finishes
Moon Buffet is designed as a home bar and display cabinet — a piece for evenings, hosting, and collecting. Behind the doors, the interior becomes a lit showcase: glasses, bottles, decanters, or favourite objects sit against a deep night-sky backdrop, framed by warm LED light.
At the centre, walnut drawers keep the practical things out of sight — bar tools, coasters, cables, small accessories — so the outside stays calm while the inside stays organised. Open it for the ritual; close it and the room returns to a clean, architectural silhouette.
